I’m still here, very quiet on the yoga front in terms of classes but its still very much a big and well loved part of my life 😁 I hope to be able to have the space to offer classes again in 2024 …so hope to see you back on the mat very soon.

apologies if I’ve not been able to contact you re: my classes at the Tolmen my phone seems to have lost a few numbers🫣

I will be taking a short break from regular weekly teaching for a while but will be running relaxation and yoga workshops from my home in the very near future … If you would like more information and for me to contact you when I have a date for these please do get in touch and let me know🫶

As we move into Autumn/ Winter and the heating gets switched back on, this of course comes with the unfortunate but slightly expected hike in hall hire costs 😬 I wont be increasing my class prices …. But will need bums on seats (or mats) to still make it work🙏

So if you are deliberating about coming- please come🙏 😊

What a fabulously sunny summer- hope its been a great one☺️

Looking forward to welcoming you all back to class this week Thursday 18:45-19:45 as we move into Autumn its a great time to keep the body moving as well as creating some time and space for deep nurturing rest 🕉

Please bring a mat and something warm to pop on at the end…

Classes are £7 either cash on the night or can pay paypal/ bank transfer in advance- just let me know if you need the details.
If you have sessions left over from last terms block feel free to use those.

Please spread the word and I will look forward to seeing you on the mat 🙌

Join me on Thursday for our last session at the before our break for summer. If the weather is still warm we can take our practice into the garden again to join the birds, bees, butterfly’s and of course … the yoga horse 😁 🙌
