It’s not exactly breaking news…
Stronger more powerful golfers hit it further, giving themselves less club on approach to the pin after.
They’re also more robust, meaning they can play/practice more frequently with less performance drop off and potentially less injury.
So if you’re serious about your game, it’s no longer a case of why shouldn’t you hit the gym for golf?
But, why aren’t you already?

We offer and encourage regular testing with all our members, for tracking progress and guiding programming.
Our current standard tests are ISO Mid-thigh pull peak force, CMJ Height, Drop Jump RSI, Max Pull Up, 3RM Bench Press and 3 min Bike.
This covers most bases and provides meaningful insights on most physical metrics that our programmes aims to develop. Add to these a few more athlete and/or sport specific measures and we’re golden.
