Hey Everyone 😀,
I'm starting a bootcamp for the families of the Armed Forces community within the Peak Lane area. The bootcamp will be held behind the row of houses in the open grassed area by Greyshott Ave.
Having served 15yrs within the military, I understand how important it is forces family members can access exercise areas / bootcamps, which is why this is ONLY available to forces families, especially when loved ones are away on duty.
Bootcamp starts on Tuesday 8th June @ 1900 - 1950. This will run every Tuesday and Thursday of the calendar week from 1900 - 1950.
If you want to have fun exercising outside, get fit and meet other people from the forces community, then please DM OR email [email protected] to reserve a space.
Initially only 12 spaces are available.
Cost: £2 per person / per session (pay upon arrival)

7 years ago today I competed in the Para's 10 mile event in Colchester and completed it in 1 hr 41 mins carrying 16kg in weight. A physically challenging race which tested my mental and physical ability. When I was in the Army I was always looking at ways to beat my own personal best and constantly push myself harder.
This determination of always wanting to be the best version of myself has now enabled me to focus on the needs and goals of my clients to ensure I am getting the best out of them in training sessions, so they reach the best version they can be.
I love my job 😁
With smart applications able to measure our daily step count, do you know how far you actually walk?
Always remember to factor Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) into your training program. These can be non-exercise related activities such as walking, sitting at a desk or even fidgeting.
If you do not see results from your current exercise program...maybe your NEAT is too high / low and calorie intake is to low / high 🤔

5 years ago today I completed my third ultra marathon! 3 ultra marathons in 3 days. It was Really hard work and my body tried to give up at points but my mind persisted. You can achieve anything if you put your mind to it!
