Please ensure all vaccinations are up to date and passports are brought to the secretary before you unload any horses.

EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINATIONS & PASSPORT CHECKS

To comply with rules and help protect the health and wellbeing of all attending horses, please ensure your horse’s passport and Equine Flu vaccinations are fully up to date before attending.

ALL passports must be taken to the Show Secretary for checking PRIOR to unloading horses.

Any horse unloaded before passports and vaccination records have been checked may be eliminated from the show with no refund.

Please ensure:
• Equine Flu vaccinations are current and compliant
• No boosters have been missed
• Passports are brought with you on the day
• No horse to horse contact
• No grazing horses on site
• No unauthorised access to the stables

No horse will be permitted to compete or remain on the showground without a valid passport and compliant vaccination record.
