🌟 What a day for Maisy at the Summit Carnival! 🌟

We couldn’t be prouder of Maisy after a fantastic competition today at Classic Zinc. 💙

Not only did she compete two brand-new skills — one on floor and one on bars — she also produced a brilliant stuck beam routine! 🙌

And the results topped off an already fantastic day…

🥇 GOLD on Bars in her age group and level
🏅 4th Overall
🎀 Plus some lovely apparatus ribbons!

But beyond the results, we’re especially proud of Maisy for travelling to Oxfordshire to this competition as our solo FSG gymnast and representing the club so brilliantly. That takes confidence and courage, and she absolutely smashed it 💙✨

A huge thank you as well to Coach Kirsten for making the journey and being there to support Maisy throughout the day.

Well done, Maisy — so much to be proud of! 🌟👏

Just because… 💙

One of our lovely gymnasts arrived at training with little handmade gifts for her training buddies — simply because she wanted to 🥹

Such a lovely little moment of kindness, friendship and team spirit at FSG 💙

It’s not always about the gymnastics. ✨

A little FSG throwback 💙

Look at these little faces! 🥹
It’s amazing looking back at photos like this and seeing just how much our gymnasts have grown over the years.

Some very familiar faces in this one! 💙🤸‍♀️

💙 10 years of FSG memories 💙

One of the things we love most at FSG is watching our gymnasts grow up with us.

For Chloe, that journey has lasted an incredible 10 years. From being a little recreational gymnast, to becoming a competitive gymnast, learning new skills, performing and competing, and even keeping gymnastics going through lockdown — there have been so many moments along the way.

But looking back through these photos reminds us that being part of FSG is about so much more than the gymnastics.

It’s the friendships made, the laughter, the competitions, the challenges, the proud moments and all those ordinary training sessions that, without you even realising it, become some pretty special memories. 💙

As Chloe now finishes her time as a gymnast at FSG, we hope she leaves feeling incredibly proud of everything she’s achieved — and with ten
years’ worth of friendships and memories to take with her.

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Chloe’s family for the incredible support they’ve shown Chloe and FSG over so many years. Thank you for trusting us, supporting the club and being such a big part of Chloe’s journey. It really has meant a lot to us. ❤️

Chloe - We have absolutely loved watching you grow and we wish you the very best 💙🤸‍♀️

What a weekend at the Hampshire Classic Challenge! 💙

We couldn’t be prouder of all of our gymnasts who competed this weekend! 🤸‍♀️✨

Across Pre-Tin, Tin, Zinc and Copper, our gymnasts produced some fantastic performances and came away with some brilliant results. But more than that, it was wonderful to see just how much progress has been made.

So much hard work goes on behind the scenes before a competition — learning new skills, perfecting routines, overcoming nerves and building confidence — and we were incredibly proud to see all of that come together on the competition floor.

There were lots of achievements to celebrate, plenty of smiles and, most importantly, so many moments for our gymnasts to feel proud of themselves. 🥰

A huge well done to every gymnast who competed, and thank you to our coaches, judges and families for all of their support.

A fantastic start to the competition season — well done Team FSG! 💙🤸‍♀️

✨ GOOD LUCK, GIRLS! ✨

Wishing our gymnasts the very best of luck competing at the Hampshire Classic Challenge this weekend! 💙🤍

This is our first competition of the new season, and the girls have all worked incredibly hard in training to get ready. We’re so proud of the effort, determination and progress they’ve shown.

Now it’s time to enjoy the experience, show off all that hard work and, most importantly, have fun! 🤸‍♀️

We can’t wait to cheer you all on - go Team FSG! 💙🤍

🤸 We’re back tomorrow! 💙

We can’t wait to welcome all of our gymnasts back for the new term and say hello to some new faces too! 😊

🌟 What a fantastic week at our Competitive Summer Camp! 🌟

Our competitive gymnasts have enjoyed a brilliant week both in and out of the gym, combining hard work with plenty of fun and team building.

From training together in the gym to a picnic at Chichester Cathedral, beach games at Stokes Bay, crazy golf and an energetic CrossFit session, it has been a week full of laughter, challenges and great memories.

We’re so proud of the way everyone embraced every activity, supported one another and represented FSG so positively throughout the week. 💙

A huge thank you to all of our gymnasts for making it such an enjoyable few days—we’re already looking forward to the next one!
