I had a bit of a wild weekend camping at Worthy Pastures so I'm looking forward to the class tomorrow at 7.30pm. I hope to see you at Weybourne Village Hall.
I got to the end of last week and a strange thing was happening - I was in a bad mood and it lasted in to Friday. The reason it was strange as for most of this year I have been in a very positive frame of mind as a result of my yoga teacher training and learning a lot about how yoga can give you a structure for a more balanced lifestyle. I decided over the weekend to give more time to meditation and my personal yoga practice and not let my new job dominate my life. Whilst this week hasn't been perfect it has been much improved. This is the benefit of yoga practice and positive thinking.
Stressed? Backache? Tired of zoom calls?
Take an hour out this evening and join me at Weybourne Village Hall at 7.30 for a yoga class that will take you away from it all. First class is only £5.
Don't forget that classes at Weybourne Village Hall are at 7.30 on Thursdays. First class is only £5 so there is no excuse for not giving it a try.
If you are new to yoga then this class is perfect for you. We will start slow and build up over the coming months. Weybourne Village Hall is a lovely space for learning yoga so don't think about it just do it. 50% off your first class at £5. See www.lovechakrayoga.com
This gives a great insight to the teaching approach that I gained during my 200 hour teacher training course
Baptiste power vinyasa yoga transformed my yoga practise and way of life. The combination of flowing asana, mindfulness and self discovery was a real breath of fresh air. Teaching yoga gives me the opportunity to share my joy of yoga and life with you.
