Great weekend of bikes ! Puncture repairs, a bike fit and service and repair after a fall on this lovely Trek Émonda

Been so busy over the last few weeks with tons of family bikes getting their first airing, fixing flats and setting up brakes and gears. A couple of really nice bikes to work on today did a drive train replacent, dropper post fitting and tubeless conversion on a Boardman MHT 8.9 and then finished a full strip down and rebuild of this lovely Surley Crosscheck touring bike, new chain, cassette, chainrings, new tyres replaced all the cables and brake pads ans tomorrow I am making some new decals for it ! Let’s hope it get some more adventures

Repaired a customers Spinning®️ bike yesterday so he’s all set to get riding again ! If you have a bike sitting round that needs a service or just help putting the clothes away that are hanging off it give me call !

Been a busy week here at Ride Revolution HQ, multiple services, disc brake replacement, punctures, kids bikes safe and ready to ride and Stunt pegs, water bottle and computer fitted to an awesome boys BMX. 4 quotes, lots of parts on order and a really interesting project of which more to come later ! Now need to just get the feeling back in my hands, it’s cold out there !!!

It’s not all bike fixing ! I do get out and ride even with the filthy weather !! Great mountain bike ride with the old men !

So the Ride Revolution UK Movember is underway, I obviously had a full beard before and I have cheated and shaved it into a Mo ! But what I will be doing is trying to grow it and then I’m going to go into reverse and shave it off in stages before the end of the month !!

I’ve been working on this lovely old Raleigh Rapide, it has been sitting around a while (about 20yrs) so needed a good degrease and clean, some grease in the hubs and and I have some new hoods and bar tape, little spanner in the works are that the wheels are 2 different sizes (27 x 1”1/4 & 700c) !!
