The Integrative Therapeutic Counselling method is based around a person-centred core, which is a soft method in which the therapist endeavours to offer you a source of connection, in a confidential, safe space place, away from family, friends and relationships in which you may be honest with yourself and speak freely.
By offering this unpressured - and uncensored - environment, the aim is for you to be free to find a place to accept where you are now, to gain clarity over your thoughts and feelings, to help find your true path, and begin to experience change with the necessary guidance and supportive from the therapist.

Acupuncture is known to be a highly effective treatment that can assist with a variety of fertility and health issues, including reducing stress and improving overall well-being.
Here at The Wellbeing Space, our Acupuncture treatments will look at your overall lifestyle in relation to your health goals, rather than solely focusing on the specific issue. The fine needles are gently inserted at specific points along your energy highway (Meridian lines) to improve and increase the flow of energy (Qi), and many people report feeling total relaxation after the session.

We are very excited and happy to be offering another of our Special Slow Flow Nidra & Gong classes this month on Sunday 27th November 6-8pm - Yes, that's right.... 2 FULL HOURS of relaxation and pampering!
The class is led by our outstanding teachers, Trudi Powell and Nasreen Pritchard, who will take you through 1 hour of Slow Flow, followed by 1 hour of guided Yoga Nidra Meditation (Yogic Sleep.)
So if you're looking for the chance to relax, switch off from the outside world and fully unwind, give yourself that me time and join us in the studio this month!

'I’ve been to several yoga classes at the Wellbeing Space and it is a great studio, and the best place I have done yoga in the UK so far. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the classes have very high quality teaching. There are mats provided if you don’t have your own and it’s right next to Waitrose... do your shopping and practice yoga in the same trip! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to take up yoga as part of their fitness routine or anyone just wanting to give yoga a try!'
