I / we at DYBO understand the pressure people are put under to look a certain way, and know that appearance is a driver for many to exercise - honestly no judgement!
What I also know is that when people join our classes and one to one services they very quickly experience all the other benefits of improving mental and physical fitness, those which are honesty more important ultimately! So they get to achieve their aesthetic goals whilst they are supported, guided and coached to better health fitness and well being !
So however you get to DYBO you are welcome!

Think complete rest is the cure for your joint pain? Think again! 🛑As we age, managing aches and injuries becomes part of the journey. But one of the biggest challenges I face as a coach is overwriting the old advice we’ve all been fed: "If it hurts, don't move it."When it comes to stubborn issues like gluteal tendinopathy and nagging knee pain (incredibly common, especially for menopausal women), complete rest can actually make the tissue weaker, leading to a vicious cycle of re-injury.
Of course with active bleeding breaks and tears rest is essential, for recovery movement is key after that initial phase.

Your Mind & Body need you! take care of them and they will take care of you! Sleep, drink water, eat well, hang out with fun people, do fun things, laugh a lot, exercise and come DYBO and workout with me! ( thats the last 4 things ticked of the list !!!!

Hey Happy Monday. Hope you got your blog last night, it has a heart felt piece at the start, I would love to know your thoughts.
WE have so much to look forward to at training and classes this week, so let the weather do what it does because your health and fitness self care is not weather dependent it's action dependent!
