Welcome to our page.

Although our Instructor has over 30 years of teaching experience we are a brand new school.

In our class you will be taught the Korean Martial Art, Taekwon-Do. The name translates to the art of kicking and punching and was introduced as a complete self defence system in 1955.

With us you will improve fitness, flexibility, awareness, balance and self confidence
