Viva Arms Bren - Important Update.

Unfortunately we have some bad news regarding the Viva Arms Bren's which we received this week, we test every LMG and every magazine and swiftly identified a major issue with the magazines, that being the three 3D printed components at the top of the magazine, all of which have an unsuitable design, are prone to breaking and are not up to standard.

We immediately contacted Viva Arms with information on the issue and we have received the below response 'Hello Dave
Thank you for your letter and feedback. We’ve also noticed the issue with the magazine, and we’re currently rushing to produce replacement parts, which will take up to 4-8 weeks. Once the replacement parts are ready, we’ll send them to you so you can swap them out—this will make the magazine more durable. We’ll need you to explain this to the customer again. It’s certainly not good to provide customers with a subpar shooting experience, so I fully understand your concerns.'

I have taken the difficult but much needed decision to delay shipping these products until we have received the required updated parts and fitted them to all 105 magazines that we currently have in stock. I am not happy with the quality of the magazines and I am sure our customers would not be either.

My apologies for the issue and for the further delay for those who have already been waiting for these products so long. Hopefully Viva Arms will supply the parts in good time. I cannot understand why the supplier shipped the product to us knowing there was a serious issue.
