The brand new FC Farsley U14 Girls were looking forward to having their first outing today but a last minute cancellation from the opposition saw them entering the Bolton Woods Gala to kick start their preseason matches.
With 3 out of the 5 teams being from a higher division we knew it wouldn’t be easy but coming away as semifinalists with 2 wins and a draw, they could not be happier.
Next match is Bolton Woods away on 5th September, last warm up match before the season starts. Strong performances from all players today gives a positive feel amongst the team and they can’t wait to get out there again 💙🐏💙
