Coach Danny split the ring into four lanes for this drill, restricting movement to strictly forwards and backwards. This Forces everyone into tight corridors which a great way to sharpen range control, timing, and counter-punching skills under pressure. Quality work from our adult boxers! 🙌

After passing their belt assessments last weekend, these students have officially graduated from the Accelerator Programme and stepped up into our Black Belt Development Programme.

They're well on their way to that black belt, now it’s all about staying focused, staying disciplined, and keeping up the hard work. 💪🏽

We’re wishing Samantha all the best as today is her last day with us before she heads off to university!

Over the past, almost, three years, she’s been a valuable member of our operations team, assisting Nicki and Fiona to keep so much running smoothly behind the scenes.

From printing t-shirts and managing stock to welcoming parents on reception, Samantha has done a bit of everything. If you’ve ever had a birthday card from us or a graduation certificate with lovely handwriting, that was all her.

We’re going to miss her terribly around the club, so please join us in wishing her the absolute best of luck as she starts this exciting new chapter!
