😂 “BRILLIANT WORK…… MATE!”

Teachers — we’ve all done it!

You’re looking straight at a pupil…

You KNOW you know their name…

But your brain is giving you absolutely NOTHING. 🤦‍♂️

My advice? Don’t spend weeks avoiding their name because you’re embarrassed to ask again.

Just ask. Then make a conscious effort to USE IT.

Names matter. They help make our interactions personal and build connection.
