Wow after a hard weekend of technical seminar and grading Jake Oliver was awarded his 1st Dan Black Belt. What makes this even more special (apart from being Mr Oliver’s son) Jake is the first student of Fleet TKD that started as a 10th Kup all the way to 1st Dan. Thank you UK Taekwon-Do Association for an amazing weekend.

Small class with the summer holidays upon us. But even with the hot weather still managed to get the blood pumping and some kicking drills, patterns and intro to knife defence today.
