We’re back! Good luck to all our swimmers on Day 1 of the Hart Club Championships!

We’re kicking off the new 2026/27 season with our very first meet, and we couldn't be more excited to see everyone back in the pool!

Today isn't about perfection or peak-season times, it's about blowing off the summer off-season rust, getting back onto the blocks, setting your baseline for the year ahead, and having fun with your squad.

Remember: "Good times make good times." Bring the noise, cheer loud for every lane, and enjoy being back in race mode! ⚡️

A huge thank you to all our coaches, officials, team managers, and parent volunteers working hard poolside to make this opening meet happen. 💚

Congratulations to our
Swim England Talent Pathway and Representative Selection swinmers

Huge congratulations to Eva Harvey and Kaylem Livesey, who have been selected for prestigious Swim England talent programmes and representative squads for the 2026/27 season!

Kaylem has been selected by the Swim England Talent Team for the National Age Group Development Programme following his gold-medal win at the Summer Nationals.
This is the first step on Swim England’s National Development Pathway that supports top-tier young swimmers across the country. It combines elite camp training, stroke mechanics, and athletic profiling to help athletes transition toward national and international success.

Eva has been invited to join the Swim England South East Regional Development Programme for 2026/27. This regional pathway connects promising athletes with leading performance coaches across the South East, focusing on advanced technical skills, race preparation, and specialised training days.

Adding to her fantastic news, Eva has also been chosen to represent Hampshire at the National Inter County Championships at Ponds Forge in Sheffield this October where she will compete against top athletes from all 36 English and Welsh counties.

These call-ups reflect the tremendous hard work, discipline, and grit shown by both athletes, as well as the outstanding support from our Hart SC coaching team.

A fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition. Well done, Eva and Kaylem! 💚🤍 💙

As we dive into a brand new swim year, here’s a quick perspective check for the year ahead: "Good times make good times." 🙌

Swimmers are notoriously hard on themselves, but putting too much pressure on every set, rep, and race can weigh you down.

The secret to a great season? Have fun. Dance behind the blocks, laugh with your teammates, and enjoy every moment in the water. Fast swimming comes from a happy mindset! 🏊‍♀️💨

Here’s to an incredible 2026/2027 season filled with hard work, big smiles, and great memories! ⚡️

Tommy arrived this afternoon for his acclimatisation training session before kicking off the week at the Swim England National Summer Meet!

He leads the way for Hart Swimming Club in the 100m Freestyle, swimming in Heat 8, Lane 8 tomorrow morning.
