Great semi final day yesterday at the London Premier Padel P1 tournament at Olympia. Was very lucky to get onto centre court before matches started. It has been a fantastic experience meeting and treating the world's best padel players as part of the LiveWell Health team. I am going to learn Spanish and Italian so I am ready for next year!

Great second day with LiveWell Health treating the players in the qualifiers for the London Premier Padel P1 main draw. All the players are very friendly and their English is very good. Hopefully my Spanish might improve by the end of the week!

The riders have just left the lunch stop so next stop Paris!

It has been an honour and privilege being part of the support team providing msk support to the riders on their journey from London to Paris.

They have cycled 300 miles/500 kilometres so should be incredibly pleased with their achievements. I am just glad to have been able to play a small part in helping get them to Paris.
