Great to be back in Cheshire again after lockdown, a visit to unbox and prepare the new Kensington 20 for their maintenance team. Further workshops will be done over the following weeks to ensure he gets the best out of their new machine. Achieving a nice finish with the scarification reel (a job that would normally be very messy at this time of year).

Back in Knutsford tomorrow giving a small workshop on how to get the best of out of their new cylinder mower. 🙂

Job done, green fully rebuilt and three of the clubs players trained in how to use their greens machine. The team sharpened the mower, prepared and then completed a full trim of the green unaided for the first time. My work is now finished at the Belmont!😊

A great workshop today, all members sharpening their main greens machine and then performing a full trim themselves. Really good to see, all members by the end of the session where confident and proficient with their machine.🙂

A treatment and small workshop if people turn up with the weather being held at the green today. And tomorrow a friend from Alletts is borrowing me some machinery to showcase in Knutsford. 🙂

Conditions getting harder at the green again due to worm casting issues. The club have been given access to the product direct as this long standing issue causes damage on every cut. Currently machines are being sharpened before every cut and due to soil being dragged through the machine along with the grass it ruins the cutting edge very quickly. I think with this problem it will be best if i release a youtube video with application measures and company details of how to order the product direct.
