👋 Meet Kyle, who teaches our Tuesday evening lessons! He’s been teaching with us well over 2 years now and is an excellent teacher to have on the team.
He is fantastic at building confidence in the pool and has a real talent for connecting with every child.
His positive energy, patience and encouragement help bring out the very best in each swimmer, making every lesson fun and engaging!

In celebration of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, we are proud to announce that we have joined The Breastfeeding Network's Breastfeeding Friendly scheme to show our commitment to supporting breastfeeding families in our facility and beyond.
The aims of the Breastfeeding Network's Breastfeeding Friendly Scheme are to:
-Support and empower families to feel confident breastfeeding out and about, as is their legal right
-Offer a way for businesses to show that they are working towards welcoming and supporting breastfeeding
-Raise awareness about the benefits of breastfeeding and of the barriers parents may face

A major new chapter for Fleetwood Mako’s. 🦈
We’re incredibly proud to announce our new partnership with AP Plus , becoming the first swimming club in the North West to partner with the platform and giving every Fleetwood Mako’s athlete and their family access to outstanding support designed to aid development both in and out of the pool.
AP Race Plus brings together expert guidance, athlete education and practical resources covering the areas that contribute to long-term success, including training, mindset, nutrition, recovery, land-based development and support for parents.
For our community, this means:
