What an absolute pleasure it was to coach the Flitwick Eagles Ladies through their first sprint session. We worked hard, focussing on speed, strength and power with lots of high intensity repeat efforts. Great work ladies (and coaches!), looking forward to the next one 🚴🏼♀️

Happy Easter 🐣
After seeing way too many posts on my feed today from 'fitness people' and trainers encouraging their followers to burn off their Easter chocolate, I felt the need to give you a all a little reminder...
You DO NOT need to feel guilt over every calorie consumed this weekend (or any other weekend for that matter!). You DO NOT need to go and run off every creme egg. And you absolutely DO NOT need to view your workouts as punishment for eating.
Why are we focusing on having to train because we've eaten? It's backwards, I reckon we should be eating well so that we can train.
Food is fuel, and it's delicious! Eat your fruit and veg because they're yummy, full of nutrients and oh so good for your body, but don't lose sight of the fact that a little bit of what you fancy is good for the soul
