What a busy day at our Olney grading today

Congratulations to all who achieved their next belt, as Sensei we are proud of you for your training and moving up the ranks is so great to see.

To those who were awarded a trophy, this is indeed a great award. Your spirit, effort and etiquette are a testament to you. to have that recognised in front of your peers is a great thing. Well done.

Wow!!

What an amazing weekend.

The championship had a fantastic turnout and so many medals were won.

Congratulations to all who took part, some of you joined in for the first time and got a taste of what it's like. But whether you won or not you were there cheering on your fellow karateka and showed great spirit.

Sensei from all clubs are so very proud of our students.

Next stop... Grading!

Super lesson at NPKC today.
Practiced sets in smaller groups and then as a whole class with line training. Brilliant fun but also gets you thinking on your feet a as the attacks are dealer's choice!

Well done everyone 21/11/2021

Wonderful to see NPKC working as a whole class with their line training.

It's always important to train with all abilities. Lower grades can glean so much from their higher grades equally it reminds our higher grades where they've come from, keeping them humble, but also that they won't always have a compliant participant!

Great work from our Olney club.

Olney train Tuesday and Thursday evenings. So if this is your nearest club drop and you're interested in training in karate, please do feel free to message them via Facebook or email at [email protected]

Sensei Aldred has had the privilege of being trained by and working closely with Hanshi over the years.

And so happy to hear that Olney Middle School will be restarting too

It's always a great boost to the association when a black belt opens a new club. But when we see that club go from strength to strength and be supported by other clubs and students too is really amazing.

The newest club to open as an affiliate to TASK is Fishermead Shotokan Karate, and is run by Sensei Norman.

If you're in the area, pop along! And if you know someone who may enjoy karate and they want to go along, drop him a line

A Message From Hanshi 13/09/2021

Over the last 2 weekends we have held our kyu gradings.

He has written a letter to TASK which can be found on our website.

A Message From Hanshi I would like to congratulate all twenty five students who were successful in passing their grading examination on Sunday 12th September 2021 at the Flitwick Hombu, and the sixty four students who s…
