Join us from 6:20pm at Mermaid Beach for our full moon meet-up!

This month’s full moon rises at around 6:20, so we’ll most likely head in for a first swim just after then! We may swim again too!

What is it?

Moonrise is 7:50pm so we’ll most likely do a first swim just after 8pm!

It’s always great seeing swimmers progress in technique and feel more efficient and confident in the sea after just a few sessions, and and this was after just 1 session together!

My 1:1 coaching focuses on building strong foundations in open water - improving body position, breathing, and movement so swimming feels smoother and more natural!
