Elements Studio - Folkestone 🩵 Elements Studio is coming to Folkestone! We open from October 2026! We are taking over from The Hub, who will have classes as usual until 25th September!

Please support them in their final classes at their studio! 🩷 Offering a range of instructor led classes, pole, aerial hoop, aerial yoga, silks, HIIT, circuits , boxercise, totally tone, stretch & flexibility. Regular weekly classes and speciality workshops. All with a fun approach to fitness. Any abilities welcome!

There are certain moments that make everything suddenly start to feel a whole lot more real… and Michelle coming to visit the new studio was definitely one of them 🥹🩵

Michelle is one of the instructors at Elements Studio, Ashford, so seeing her here, standing in the new space, was such a surreal moment. This place is slowly becoming Elements and its moments like this that really make it sink in 🥹

Everyone needs a friend like Michelle. Someone who encourages you to chase the things you dream about, pushes you when you need it and genuinely wants to see you succeed 🩵

And there’s something pretty special about this friendship, as Lisa and Michelle actually met through Elements 🥹

What started as two people meeting at a pole studio turned into a genuine, lifelong friendship 💕

So if you ever wonder whether the connections you make at Elements can become something much bigger than just friendships at the studio… this is your proof that they absolutely can 🩵

We bumped into the 9:30am girls this morning for pole and now we’ve just seen the 6:45pm girls arriving for their aerial yoga class! 😍

It’s been a long and productive day getting the new studio ready! There has been lots of building work, painting and cleaning going on today! 🤩

Of course, it would be rude not to grab another group photo of the aerial yoga girls and Hannah, while we were here! 📸🥰

We will be offering aerial yoga at Elements, so if it’s something you’ve always wanted to try, message us to join our wait list. When the class goes live, you can have first dibs on a space! 🧘🏻‍♀️

These girls really were bringing the energy this morning! 💃🏻🤩🩵 We walked in to the studio to say hi and there was so much laughter, good vibes and a whole lot of bendy, pretzel-like shapes happening on the poles! 🥨😂

It was Hannah’s final pole class at The Hub, so of course we couldn’t let the occasion pass without getting a group photo with her and the pole girls! 📸🥹

But don’t worry, this definitely isn’t goodbye! The Wednesday 9:30am class will be continuing at Elements Studio in October, so we’ll be seeing plenty more of these lovely faces. And, of course, Hannah will be joining us too… at least until she heads off to Australia next year! 🥰

We mentioned that we really want to work with local businesses and tradespeople wherever we can to create Elements Folkestone… and well, we really can’t get any more local than this! 👀

Introducing Andy and Tom from Maintenance Refurbishment Flooring (MRF)… who just happen to be our next door neighbours at the new studio! 🤩

They’re helping us with a HUGE amount of work, including building our new bathroom and storage room, installing all our flooring and fitting our huge mirror walls 🪞 ✨

They’ve also been incredibly accommodating with our tight opening schedule and have been working evenings and weekends, to help get everything finished in time for us. We honestly couldn’t be more grateful for all the time, effort and hard work they’re putting into our new space 🥹

A huge thank you to Andy and Tom for everything you’re doing for us. We’re so excited to see it all coming together! 🤩

We are really keen to use local businesses and tradespeople wherever we can while creating our new studio 🩵

So, we were really pleased to have Glass Vegas come in this morning to take the final measurements for our HUGE dance mirrors! 🪞

They’re based in Hawkinge, so it’s lovely to be able to work with another local business, to create our dream studio! 🥰

These mirrors are going to be over 2.5m high and will run along both sides of the studio, so they’re going to make such a difference to the space! ✨

We also found out a little bit of history about the unit while they were here. These guys have been in the trade for a very long time and told us they actually came to this exact unit around 15 years ago to fit mirrors… when it was a gym! 😍

We love finding out little bits about the history of the space and what it’s been used for over the years. Just before us, a wood-work company was based here! … and before that, some sort of church! ⛪️

It’s so interesting to think about all the different businesses and communities that have occupied this space over the years… and now it’s becoming home to Elements Studio! 🥹🩵

Carly has been busy in The Hub this evening taking down the decals from the front windows and removing the last remaining mirrors from inside🪞✨

It’s amazing how different it’s all starting to look as everything gets stripped back and we get closer and closer to the big changeover! 🥹🩵

Awww, we absolutely love this group photo of Laura with her Friday girls! 🥹🩵

It’s such a bittersweet moment, as this lovely group has made so many special memories together at The Hub and this was their final class there with Laura! (Don’t worry, she’s coming with us across the road 😉) ✨

While of course it’s always a little emotional saying goodbye to a space that’s been such a big part of their journey, there’s also SO much excitement for what’s ahead! 🤩

We can’t wait to see this group continue making memories together in their brand new home at Elements! 🩵✨

Is it just us, or is it really difficult to find the perfect paint colour? 🎨🩵

There are SO many shades to choose from and when you’re trying to find that one perfect colour for your space, it can all feel a little overwhelming! 🫣

That’s why we are just so grateful to Melissa at the Dulux Decorating Centre in Ashford for making a usually stressful experience, a lovely one for us! From the moment we walked through the door, Melissa was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. She made us feel like no question was ever a silly one and never made us feel rushed, which really made the world of difference! 🥹

She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, talked us through all the options and helped us find our perfect ‘Elements blue’ 😍🩵

It’s amazing how much of a difference having someone who genuinely cares can make! Thank you so much for all your help, Melissa ✨

If anybody is looking to redecorate their home or is decorating as part of a commercial project, we can very highly recommend the Dulux Decorating Centre in Ashford… and ask for Melissa if she’s there! We genuinely won’t go anywhere else for our paint needs ever again! 🩷

Everything is starting to feel very real for us all! 🥹 The Hub is getting closer and closer to its last day next week, which means the opening of Elements is getting closer too! 🩵

We took down the mirrors in The Hub and wow, it really does look so different in there without them! It’s amazing how much of a difference they make! ✨

Also couldn’t resist a quick final go on one of the poles in there while François was working hard removing the mirror fixtures… You know the rules, if you see a pole, you have to go on it! 💁🏻‍♀️😇

We are taking a few of the mirrors across the road with us but if anybody is looking for some dance mirrors, send us a message, as we will also have some to re-home! 🥰
