Kev is running London marathon 2024

So this is the knee issue. 😕 awaiting a ultrasound.
It's 50/50 for London 😔

Fundraising has gone well. Over halfway. Thank you everyone.

What a lovely evening we have.

Nice gentle one to test the knee out. Not fully there yet, but close.

Happy with that though. Onwards and upwards.

Little update.



Still holding off from running for a couple more days, due to my knee letting me down last few weeks.

This week it has felt much better so roll on Friday.
