Selfie before I shaved me beard off 😂
I grow it every now and then until it gets to a length where I realise, I’m just not cut out for the beard life 😂
So not only am I now cutting fat, I’m also cutting my facial hair!

A little while back, I was blessed with an empty gym
It was 2am so that’s probably why there were less iron clangers, yellers and heavy breathers.
( you guys know who you AARRRRRRE )
Sometimes it’s nice to put the weights back in their place too lol when you leave the gym, they don’t magically find their way back to the rack.
