😍 What a fantastic way to end this current block of yoga classes in Forfar. Everyone was on top yoga form.❤️

😍 We had some amazing shapes on display in all classes yesterday. We had a downward unicorn and some crazy camels in the room. I just love letting kids creativity come to the surface in all of my classes. ❤️

😍 We did some great team yoga shapes, played frozen unicorns and also did create a class.

😍 An amazing effort from everyone, as always. I hope you all have a great October holiday. I can’t wait to see you all after our break.

😍 Here are the highlights from yesterday’s family yoga classes at Forthill Sports Club.

😍 We headed to the jungle for our yoga story, practising snake, monkey and lion pose. We then had a lovely cuddly relaxation.

🥰 An amazing morning of family yoga, kids yoga and teen yoga in Forfar yesterday.

🥰 In my family yoga class, we played yoga balance and then finished with a cuddly relaxation.

🥰 In my kids yoga class, Lewis and Aoife did our warm up before we played our balance game and then finished with our mindful minute.

🥰 In the teen yoga class, we focused on relaxation. 😴
