307 miles apart, at opposite ends of the country, our two senior teams kick off at 2pm this Saturday, in what will be a very well travelled weekend!
The men's team face off against Irvine RFC, hoping to continue the positive momentum from last week's home game, while the women play their highly anticipated first game of the season against the formidable Caithness Krakens!

A busy week ahead at Lochaber rugby club!
This Saturday, the senior teams travel to opposite ends of the country for their away games, with the Lochaber Ladies heading up North to face off against Caithness in their first league game of the season, while the Men's team travel South to play against Irvine. On the Sunday the U18 girls will travel South to Lenzie for another league game!
Thank you again to everyone who came along on Saturday for our family fun day and Sponsors day- it was a fantastic day and we hope to recreate it in the future!

Yesterday our U16 and U18 Girls travelled up to Invergordon to play their matches against Orkey RFC.
Congratulations to the U16 Girls team who won their match 54-31! Shown here in the Ross Sutherland red and blue, our U16 girls this year are combined 50-50 with Ross Sutherland and play in their colours when playing up in Invergordon, an excellent show of inter-club camraderie. 💛🖤❤️💙
Although the U18 team did not win their match, they did us proud nonetheless, showing determination and skill, and will go on to play against Lenzie next weekend. We wish them the best of luck! 💛🖤💪

Well done to the senior men's team on their first win of the season in their game against Birkmyre this afternoon! Showing excellent team-work and drive, the men secured a 64-35 victory in the sunshine.

Not a club sponsor? Many of our players in both the men's and women's teams are still available to sponsor for this season, and would welcome a membership-sponsorship from a local business. We also have space on our pitch-side advertisements- an excellent way to market your business due to the high turnover of people at the club. Pitch-side advertisements are visible year-round to players and spectators at our 20+ planned home games for the season, weekly training for all ages, and at community events and private functions.

Speaking of community events- make sure you head down early to the family fun day before the match, open from 10:30-12:30am. With a bouncy castle, obstacle course, home baking and more, it will be a fantastic and fun morning!

Minis and micros training will finish slightly earlier on Saturday to allow everyone to enjoy our family fun morning! We have a whole host of great, family-friendly activities planned from 10.30-12.30 on Saturday, after which we will welcome everyone to stay and watch what promises to be an exciting home game between the LRFC Senior Men and Birkmyre RFC. We will also be welcoming our esteemed sponsors to join the fun and enjoy drinks and a BBQ on us while they watch the game.
