LIMITED OPENING HOURS
Hello Guys, just some important information regarding our opening hours this Saturday. Due to personal matters and limited cover we are reducing our opening hours on Saturday. Grace will be in from 8am-10am tomorrow for anyone looking to get their Saturday fix.
We apologise for the inconvience this causes to our members. We will be open as normal on Sunday with Grace at the desk if you need anything.
Please share this post to get it out to as many members as possible. Again we apperiate your suuport and understanding. The limited hours is something we try to avoid but sometimes it is nesseccary.

Gym Myth: “You need to train every day.” 👀
One of the biggest fitness myths is that you need to be in the gym every single day to see progress.
The truth? You don’t.
Consistency matters far more than training every day.
For most people, 3–4 good sessions per week is more than enough to build strength, improve fitness, and feel better. 💪
Rest days are important too.
They give your body time to recover, rebuild, and come back stronger.
Training should fit around your life — not take it over.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is building a routine you can stick to long term. 🔁
