Definitely needed to remind myself of this this morning. I feel sick with tiredness due to my 5yr old having me awake since 130 😵‍💫 and my back injury is particularly bad at the mo, BUT, I could walk in to my gym, pick up my weights and get my training done (just about!!). That is a blessing ❤️❤️💪💪🥵🥵☺️☺️

MID WEEK MOTIVATION!! 💪💪💪 Everyone has to start somewhere! Don’t put off getting out there and starting your training journey! Do it for you, no one else. JUST SHOW UP AND GET IT DONE!! There is so much evidence out there which shows just how beneficial exercise and training is, not only for our bodies but our minds too! During exercise, our body releases endorphins. ‘The happy hormone’! This can make us feel energised and exhilarated during exercise! What’s not to like about that??!! So, what’s stopping you from showing up??! Go for it, the gym, a home training session, a walk, run, whatever it is that makes you feel good and gets those endorphins flowing ❤️❤️❤️

Due to the severe weather warnings in place for tomorrow, the sports hub will not be open for the morning session. This is to ensure the safety of staff and members. We will assess the situation in the afternoon as to whether we will open the sports hub for the evening session and post updates on here so keep an eye out!
