Between 2006-2009, she was certified in Yoga Therapy with MT and Roberto Mazzarella at the Yoga Therapy College, Houston, Texas. She went on to study the use of props under the guidance of Iyengar teacher Laura Webster at the Omni Yoga Centre, Kingwood. During 2009, she qualified as a Reflexologist with Patricia McPherson

What a fabulous session at the CoSMOH centre this morning and lovely to see new and familiar faces 😍
The feedback from the gentle Pilates movement class with self massage techniques was a feeling of lightness, muscle tightness had disappeared, mobility and range of movement improved with a sense of feeling more relaxed and moving better 🥰
