I’ve been very quiet on here for the last few months… but I certainly haven’t been quiet in real life. 😂💜

And rather than waiting until I have the perfect plan to “get back to Instagram”, I’m just going to start.

So… hello again. 👋🏼

And I’m starting with something I’m really looking forward to this Sunday.

✨ INTENTIONAL HEALING AFTERNOON ✨

An afternoon created around something I think we could all do with a little more of:

Receiving.

We spend so much time doing, helping, holding everything together and looking after everyone else.

This Sunday is an invitation to put some of that down for a few hours.

We’ll explore Access Bars®, learning some of the points and then gifting and receiving with each other. You don’t need any experience — and if you already know Bars, come and enjoy a swap and let someone look after YOU for a change. 💜

After a tea break, Lisa will guide us through a beautiful healing meditation and group intention circle.

And then there’s nothing left for you to do at all…

Just lie down, get comfortable and receive a deeply relaxing Gong Bath. ✨

Four hours to connect.
To explore.
To give.
To receive.
To slow down.
And hopefully leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
