Huge well done to my fantastic client who's just finished her first block of personal training with me. I am really, very proud of this lady! So determined and focused on her goals. Giving 100% in all our sessions with plenty of laughs along the way 😂 That smile just says it all. So much has been achieved and we are not finished yet. Huge well done to my lovely client who's just finished her first block of personal training. A real pleasure to have in the studio, she always gives 100% in every session. A keen runner, we've added in a programme of strength training for that winning combination. She's recently ran her first half marathon and I couldn't be prouder! I'm loving seeing her getting fitter and stronger week by week. Confidence is growing and goals are being absolutely smashed. Excited for block two and all that it brings.
