Just a note to say that Tweedbank Sports Complex Gym will be closed this Saturday 2 July for Gala Day!

Also, our gym opening times on Saturday's will change to 09:00-14:00 from Saturday 9 July to Saturday 27 August 👍

Looking for something a little more low level with some summer sun? Our Health Walk based out of Tweedbank Sport Complex is currently looking for new walkers.

The walk is tailored for people with health conditions who don't feel ready to get back to the gym, our group walk is at a pace that suits all.
