Monday morning reformer flow✨🫶 love this combo & one I always come back too ❤️‍🔥 Single arm work straight into all 4s glute & core work.

Look closely to which foot is in the strap for the all 4s work, we worked on a diagonal & the furthest away foot came into the strap. Keep this really slow and controlled so your clients are using core & glutes to bring the leg back in align with the body (not just swinging it up)!!

Kneeling Lunges, add on rotation, finish with just rotations x6, pulse x6
plank tuck, add on arabesque lift, just arabesque lift & hold. (inspired by .former 🤍)
