We will take you to the best festivals, parties and stylish cities around the world, where you may choose to be taught a specially choreographed dance routine, learn the art of photography and/or perfect your downward dog. Once you've mastered your chosen course, we’ll hit the clubs and fiestas. From the soulful Balearic beats of Ibiza to the spicy Latin sambas of Brazil, this is the perfect way t

o see the world, meet interesting, hand-picked individuals and take part in a creative, fun and energetic activity – with a little debauchery thrown into the mix. These are exclusive members-only events. Our only condition: you have to be fun!

Who knew my dance classes would end up in an art exhibition?!

I feel so lucky that two of my favourite things, dance and art, have come together in such a gorgeous way.

For over a year, the lovely Heather McDowell has been coming to my classes, quietly sketching, taking photos and soaking up all the joy and movement. She even joined us on our Neon Fuel Dance trip to Seville, where she found even more inspiration.

Now all of that has become her incredible Drawn to Dance exhibition.

It makes me so proud that what we’ve created at Neon Fuel Dance is about so much more than learning routines. It’s about friendships, confidence, laughter, shared experiences and, clearly, inspiring creativity too. I always say dance is for everyone, and you never know where saying “yes” to a class might lead.

A huge thank you to Heather for capturing our community so beautifully. I absolutely love seeing our dancers and our energy brought to life through your art. ❤️

And to everyone who comes to class... thank you. You make this community what it is, and this exhibition belongs to all of us in a way.

Dancing over 40? Your body will thank you for a good warm-up!

At Neon Fuel Dance, we spend at least 10 minutes stretching from head to toe, with a little ab work thrown in for core strength and stability.

Feel looser, move more freely, and stay on the dance floor longer.

The goal isn’t just to dance well, it’s to still be dancing when the last song comes on!

New starts can feel exciting and overwhelming all at once.

It’s been a bit of a stressful period for me — moving the kids into a new school, juggling all the life stuff, and trying to keep up with everything.

Dance has been the thing that’s kept me grounded through it all.
Movement, music, amazing people…you may not have known it, but you guys helped me more than you know.

A little reminder that sometimes you just have to start, even if it feels scary.
