To all entrants,

The format is based on the 24/25 season, therefore if you were U8s now, technically your U8s till 1st Sept, when you will be playing in the 25/26 season.

To ensure that your entry is confirmed, your form needs to be returned along with direct payment sent directly to Medway Town FC, as directed within the attached. NOTE - both form and payment need to be sent at the same time,

Last year we had forms returned and no payment and payments sent and no forms, therefore this year, both will need to be returned at the same time, otherwise entires will be rejected unfortunately and any monies received will be returned,

❗️King of the Town 8 football tournament now “LIVE” hosted by Medway Town FC❗️

This years KOTT8 will be hosted over the weekend of 7/8th June ‘25,
Venue- Rainham Mark Sch ME8 7AJ.

Special note, this year we will be hosting “pre 7s” in preparation for their league journey starting from Sept ‘25. So please ensure that you reach out to your new teams for this years event, as there will only be limited places in this category.

A complete entry will consist of payment and completed player form. Last year we had teams complete payments and no form, and vice versa. This doesn’t complete an entry. Both need to be completed to guarantee your spot in the tournament.

We will be sending out weekly availability in all age groups, but they will go quickly.

No Kent Youth Teams please.
No teams can enter that will be preparing/moving into the Kent Youth League.
This is a tiered ability event and fair for all competing, so we do have strict entry guidelines.

Tournify App will be used for this event.

All timings of the event will be sent via email and WhatsApp directly to the participants along with the application forms. Once a completed entry (payment and form) has been made you will receive a confirmation email of your participation.
