Evening all, so this week we are holding classes outside on....
Tuesday
6-6.45pm Family class Max 15..
6.50-7.35 Adults Max 6 students

Thursday
6-6.45pm Family class Max 15
6.50pm Adults Max 6

Saturday
9.30-9.55am 3-5 years
10-10.45am Family Max 15
10.50 Adult's Max 6

This will obviously all be dependent on weather. Please text me Directly to let me know if you're training.

Easter week I will update you . And then the gym and classes inside for children will be from 12th April.

Morning all, so moving forward and if everything goes to plan. Hopefully we will be able to offer outdoor classes from 29th March, times and class sizes will will be advised nearer the time.
12th April gym can reopen and possibly children's classes indoors. From 17th May adults classes can restart.
Hopefully there is no changes to these dates. Continue to enjoy the Zoom classes .
We look forward to seeing you all back soon.

I'm sorry to say as from today the gym will yet again have to close. If you need your membership frozen or put to half please get in touch.
I cannot thank you enough for the support you've all shown us, it really is appreciated.
Please stay safe over Christmas and let's hope for a far better New Year.
