Leg session with my Brazilian babe 🇧🇷
Brenda made the trip from London to come meet the team yesterday and we had to make sure we squeezed in a session before her flight tonight!
We’ve been working together for just under 6 months and the changes she’s made to her physique and lifestyle is nothing short of fu***ng magical
Excited to show you guys her transformation when this current diet phase finishes up

Thank you to our girls who came along today and listened to my presentations on internal health & goal setting.
Massive thank you to Amanda for tapping into the brains of our girls and inspiring us on combating limited beliefs.
I walked away from today with pure and utter gratitude.
So class to see you all individually and as a group together, too.
We’ve set the tone for 2025.

Reasons why you may not be building the muscle needed
- you eat a lot of s**t food on a weekly basis
I see it all the time, people in improvement season thinking it’s a calorie target in that matters
But not all calories are equal. If they were equal we could all get mahoosive on just protein shakes and cookies
Utilization of food matters. The bioavailability of your food choices matter
Food dictates:
- insulin sensitivity / blood sugar levels
- hormonal regulation
- gut & digestive health
- vitamin / mineral / antioxidant levels
- levels of body fat
- training performance
- metabolic rate
Yes you can still have off plan meals each week and enjoy them but remember it doesn’t need to be wild every single time
Unless you have crazy wild genetics then you probably can’t get away with eating a load of s**t and still progress with the tissue you wanna add
This is still a physique sport and you still need to spend your surplus wisely 🐺

30kg later
Sometimes I think I haven’t grown so it’s nice to have a reminder to myself from time to time
The first growing phase I done was so out of the norm for me and probably the most difficult I ever done as I tried to switch off from the diet culture I grew up with
6 years into bodybuilding; growing just feels like normality for me. It’s normal life to be in an improvement season
I’ve spent majority of my bodybuilding career growing. Not dieting or mini cutting
Body has changed during this time but mentally its been the biggest change as I’m as free as I’ve ever felt 💜

3rd place out of a class of 12 with a British Final invite for my natty queen yesterday 💗
Lara decided to hit a silent prep - wanted to experience a prep and the show day without the noise surrounding her
Proud of Lara’s journey; her attitude, positivity, work ethic and passion for this prep and her posing was truly inspiring and she never ever let any obstacles during this time sway her away from bringing her best to stage

1 year of natty progress with
23 years old and already so advanced in her physique
Her commitment to her nutrition allowed us to finish up her first building phase on circa 500g carbs daily with a sweet body comp
Which made a smooth transition into a short mini cut where we needed 0 cardio, only steps needed and freshened up with a lovely 7kg drop
The lass is busy; runs a business, trains damn hard whilst rehabbing some old injuries, comes to the studio & travels most weekends while also studying for exams..
Big big future ahead of you Morgs and I can’t wait to get into the next building phase with you

Finishing up our 6 week mini cut with a 1-2-1 in the studio 👙
Started at 2735 kcals and finished up on 2050 kcals
Couple kegs down, appetite back, looking & feeling fresher and ready to hit our 2nd growing phase before prep for 2025

Not everyone is ready to commit to a true improvement season.
It took me 4 years in the process to gain 22lbs of stage weight.
A continuous push, pull, recomp & repeat process.
Be wise enough to know that this s**t takes time in this sport.
And if you love the process then it’s likely you’ll be patient and make mega changes.
If you’re addicted to dieting or stage, then most likely you’ll make minor improvements & placings won’t change year on year.
For me, it’s quality of bodybuilding seasons over quantity. Always 🐺
