Created space for art ,music,dance and culture lovers.We offer a wide variety of dance classes for all levels Our studios are also available for hire for rehearsals, castings, and events.

Ladies, see you tonight Studio Ilé Aché 💃 *6:30pm - Ladies Cuban Style* Feminine, elegant, sassy Cuban body movement class. Expect some technique drills and isolations, arm styling, and hip movement. Routines will include a mix of Cuban genres and style combinations *7:40pm - Rumba "Skirtology"* Rumba Guaguanco with a focus on the ladies skirt/scarf language, tips, tricks, and improvisation techniques. One of the practices I will be teaching in more depth as part of the next Primal Energy Awakening for cultivating and releasing vital energy, emotions – for feeling alive and awakened in your power and for grounding into your body. Saturday 27th July, 7-8pm @studio_ile_ache . £10 per person, linktr.ee in my bio for tickets and more information. DM me for anything else! If you have a knee injury, modify the stance to a more comfortable position for you knees, that does not cause you pain. Gradually work on strengthening your leg muscles through this exercise over time, while respecting your body's limitations. I will be providing alternatives in the session, among other strengthening, expressive and extremely exhilarating exercises – shared in a sober space of non-judgement and as a container for all of your emotions.
