HYROX

Everyone and they’re granny seems to be doing Hyrox these days

Which is amazing to see

However, if your training only consists of doing “Hyrox workouts” then you’re going to be in for a big shock

My biggest piece of advice is to spend less time training the stations and more time running

There might be 8 stations to tackle but Hyrox, first and foremost, is an ENDURANCE race

So your training needs to reflect that

Going for 5ks and doing random “Hyrox workouts” just ain’t going to cut it

Set the pace today for and she brought home another PB 🏆

There really is no better feeling than seeing all the hard work pay off 🙌🏻
