1 YEAR OF LIFT 🎉 Time flies when you’re making gains 💪 What a year of lifting it has been, I’ve loved every minute. Looking back at old videos, it’s mad to see how much progress everyone has made. From Michael not being able to OHS with a bar to Cairn learning how to play knots and crosses, We really have all come along way. Massive thanks to everyone who has attended any of the classes and made it what it is today. 🤝 Reminder: LIFT will now take a two week break as I head off on holiday. 🇬🇷 Next LIFT class will be October 5th @ 17:45 #LIFT #glasgow #weightlifting

All members and non members are welcome so bring your friends and family 🧡
A great test for your level of fitness and skill for upcoming Hyrox Events.
We will have plenty of scaled options available for those new to fitness or just looking to take it easy. We have members of all fitness levels and ages, there is always something you can do 💪🏼
Once you have finished working out, feel free to hang around have a few drinks and try out snacks brought along by members 🍪
For those not looking to workout, we would love for you to come along to support and cheer everybody else on 🧡

Can't believe it's already been a week since the first ever Hyrox event in Scotland and what an event it was!! We were lucky enough to have it on our doorstep in Glasgow and are all still absolutely buzzin from it.

If you're still feeling that Hyrox High then why not come try our weekly Hyrox specific training.
