Dear friends and followers, we are deeply saddened to share that there has been a loss in our family. During this difficult time, we will be temporarily closed to grieve and support one another. Had a busy Saturday running about non stop🏃
Came home knackered and had 2 options; grab a takeaway 🥡 or prepare something quick but healthy🥗
I still had 850 calories left for the day so rather than opting for Popeyes and going over my calories I prepared a beetroot and burrata salad with a grilled chicken breast totalling to 694 calories with 52g Protein
And also space for a cheeky wee Freddo for desert 😉🍫
