Boxing into a Half marathon πŸ₯Ήβœ¨

This was not planned 🀣 no route no time and no pace πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I just wanted to do it, not ideal after an hours boxing with .pt πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ and legs yesterday πŸ‘€

The discipline running alone is one thing, having the discipline doing a half-marathon on your own is a whole different level of strength πŸ’ͺ🏼

I don’t stop when I start, I was already tired from training but am not one to give up ✨πŸ’ͺ🏼

I wasn’t going to get these pictures done due to my Menstrual Cycle being due the following day πŸ‘€

We do bloat and carry excess water YES it’s normal so why should I be ashamed to step in front of the camera πŸ“Έ πŸ’ͺ🏼

Changes in progesterone and estrogen levels cause the body to retain more water and salt. The body’s cells become swollen with water, causing you to bloat and feel bloody sluggish.

My weight can fluctuate anything around 2kg heavier than my everyday weight, crazy but this is just part of the female body.

The next time your are due or on your Menstrual Cycle embrace it, ain’t nothing so powerful than the female body πŸ’ͺ🏼

We started online coaching 9 weeks PP, 3 babies and 3 sections and just look at her πŸ’ͺ🏼

My client can only do home workouts at the moment but as we can see she’s smashing it πŸ’ͺ🏼

So proud of this mama, it’s not easy but when you are determined you get the job done 😊
