This was not planned π€£ no route no time and no pace π€·πΌββοΈ
I just wanted to do it, not ideal after an hours boxing with .pt π€·πΌββοΈ and legs yesterday π
The discipline running alone is one thing, having the discipline doing a half-marathon on your own is a whole different level of strength πͺπΌ
I donβt stop when I start, I was already tired from training but am not one to give up β¨πͺπΌ

I have took a little break from coaching but I sure do miss it π«ΆπΌ

You get me one or two ways in the gym, serious Sally or full of laughter ππ we get the job done either way π
I wasnβt going to get these pictures done due to my Menstrual Cycle being due the following day π
We do bloat and carry excess water YES itβs normal so why should I be ashamed to step in front of the camera πΈ πͺπΌ
Changes in progesterone and estrogen levels cause the body to retain more water and salt. The bodyβs cells become swollen with water, causing you to bloat and feel bloody sluggish.
My weight can fluctuate anything around 2kg heavier than my everyday weight, crazy but this is just part of the female body.
The next time your are due or on your Menstrual Cycle embrace it, ainβt nothing so powerful than the female body πͺπΌ

We started online coaching 9 weeks PP, 3 babies and 3 sections and just look at her πͺπΌ
My client can only do home workouts at the moment but as we can see sheβs smashing it πͺπΌ
So proud of this mama, itβs not easy but when you are determined you get the job done π

Sheβs overjoyed with her weight loss, her strength is through the roof πͺπΌ and loves going to the gym.

Currently following her calorie/macro intake with one personal training session a week followed by her training program.
