We are beyond proud of our team returning from the Street Child World Cup Mexico 2026 as winners of the Fair Play Cup by winning 8 Green Cards — a true reflection of their respect, teamwork, kindness, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
Our girls demonstrated the real values of fair play throughout every match, proving that football is not only about winning games, but also about integrity, unity, and heart.

This journey has only been possible because of the incredible support of our community.

From bag packing and fun day events to sponsored walks and local fundraising efforts, people from across the community came together to help make this happen and we are so grateful for every single person who supported along the way.

A special well done to our young people who stepped up, volunteered, fundraised and became a real force of change through this campaign. Your energy, compassion and leadership continue to show the power of young people when given the opportunity to lead.

This is about more than football.
It’s about hope, opportunity, solidarity and creating pathways for girls locally and globally through sport.

Glasgow AnsarPalestine: Sports for Life

Today our 2014s played their final small-sided match in the Glasgow and District Youth Football League.

It’s been a real privilege to work with many of these boys since they were just 7 years old, and we’re proud of the progress they’ve made both on and off the pitch. The majority of the group will continue their journey with us as they make the exciting step up to 11-a-side football.

For those moving on to new opportunities, we wish you every success in your football journey—keep working hard and enjoying the game.

Now, we look ahead as a group and take the next step: onto 11-a-side.

Our 2017’s had the performance of the week yesterday.

In horrendous conditions, the boys managed to play some excellent football. Great to see the team adapting to 7 a side football so quickly.

Another week and another great set of performances across our 2014, 2016 and 2017 age groups.

Our small sided teams were out again this morning in the GADYFL. A cold, wet morning but lots of good football on display.
