You’re not going to be on the ball 24/7.
Controversial opinion as I see a lot of coaches try to guilt people into believing there’s no excuse for missing gym sessions or going off plan, f**k them but.
Reality is we’re all human, we’re always going to have some off days or just have days where we just can’t be running at 100%, it’s completely normal and you shouldn’t let anyone make you feel s**t for it.
The key thing in these scenarios is to not let it throw your head, and just get back on the wagon as soon as you can, that’s where real progress is made.
Some people are motivated than others, when I was prepping for my photoshoot I was out in the torrential rain at 11:30 walking through the scheme to hit my steps, because I wanted to achieve that goal, this week I’ve not even been to the gym because I’ve been so stressed with so many other pressing things in my life and that’s fine.
No di****ad on Instagram will tell me I should have trained, I’m human and so are you🤷🏼♂️
All my clients know this too, sometimes things are justifiable reasons to skip a session, no worries we dust ourselves off and go again tomorrow.
So if you want a coach who won’t bully you for missing 6 steps the day of your grans funeral, I’m probably your man🤷🏼♂️

The harsh reality you need to hear.
To go as far as you want to go, you will need to make some sacrifices.
Now I’m not saying you have to give up every single thing that you enjoy, that’s no way of life.
But you might need to sacrifice drinking twice a week, or the takeaways or just poor food choices every single day.
You may even need to sacrifice your time spent watching Netflix or an hour in bed to get a workout in or hit your steps.
Something will need to be sacrificed to tick the necessary boxes.
But it’s a worthwhile sacrifice you won’t regret making, in fact it’s actually an investment.
An investment in you, your health and your wellbeing.
So ask yourself, is it really a sacrifice or a worthwhile investment?

Here’s how I got absolutely shredded in only 7 weeks👀
So the truth is this physique took years to build, but the transformation between the 2 pictures above only took 7 weeks to achieve, with a few small steps.
Firstly I made a commitment to myself and my goal, nothing was going to get in my way and there was no excuse not to achieve it, I was 100% committed.
I followed a daily routine that allowed me to tick off smaller tasks that helped me get everything I had to do done, doing the same things daily at the same time massively helped me get things done particularly on the days I didn’t want to.
I followed a plan to the letter, I didn’t deviate from my meal plan every single day(maybe once or twice) and I didn’t turn up to the gym and do whatever I felt like, I followed the plan that was set and executed.
To achieve a transformation like this you need to be willing to give it your all and make no excuses.

9kg(19.8lbs/1 stone 4 lbs) lost in only 9 weeks!
Meet my client Laura.
Laura has absolutely managed to smash her fitness journey over the last few months in the lead up to her wedding, and has managed to lose 9kg while still enjoying holidays, nights out and meals out too!
She has achieved this by incorporating these things into her week around her training and diet plan, and not letting these things derail her momentum!

How I got into the shape of my life…
I wanted it, and I worked for it.
A lot of people think the secret to this condition was some magic formula given to me by my coach, but you can ask this isn’t the case.
We see a clear goal and once it was set I got after it.
I turned up daily, through stressful days at work, days of illness and even hospital visits and especially on the days I couldn’t be arsed, I knew what I wanted.
The truth is if I didn’t really want to make a change and didn’t take responsibility for turning up I would never have achieved what we set out to do.

Mental health awareness week..(TW)
Anyone who knows me personally or has followed me for a while will know I’ve never shied away from discussing mental health. It’s something I’ve been fighting with for years.
I’ve spent years on various different anti depressants, tried numerous types of therapy, had more breakdowns than I’d like to admit and have even went as far as to make an attempt (trying to word this carefully so IG don’t take it down)
I’ve been to some pretty dark places and had some pretty bad thoughts, there was a period of time I believed that life would be better if I wasn’t here, but I was so wrong.
6 months ago I came off my anti depressants cold turkey, whilst also going sober, probably not the smartest move as the withdrawals were wild but it’s said and done now.
6 months on I’m a place where I couldn’t be happier, I’ve spent the last 12-18 months working on me and improving my life in every aspect, the main thing I’m thankful for is people I have at my table.
This post is a bit of a ramble, but my hope is that it helps even just 1 person see that things do get better, and you’re more loved than you realise.
It’s okay to not be okay and my DMs will always be open for anyone who needs to talk💖💖
