Efficient striking and foot work is essential to be a good kraver. That is why at our Academy we dedicate Saturday class to focus purely on imroving our combat tools.
So sorry guys I have been so quiet in here but as a young father of twin girls I didn’t realise how quickly time flies.
The instructional video I have recorded for our students a while ago.
Didn’t intend to post it here originally but going through the videos I thought why not share some knowledge to the wider public
Enjoy guys and prepare for plenty more to come!
Stay safe!
Glasgow United Krav Maga operates again!
Hi,
my name is Bartosz and I am Krav Maga Instructor since 2011. After being a succesfull practitioner since 2007 I have been trained and granted the qualification by the upper echelon of International Krav Maga Federation; Avi Moyal, Haim Sasson and Tamir Gilad. I continued improving myself as a coach under watchful eye of Eyal Yanilov, and his team of Krav Maga Global Experts.. From 2014 I have been representing United Krav Maga World Organisation, and recently have been granted with Expert 1 level (black belt) by Master Tomasz Adamczyk.
Since I became an Instructor for Krav Maga I started studying different combat sport disciplines, both striking and grapling in order to get as much technical knowledge as possible. I joined one of the most respected martial arts gym in Scotland: The Griphouse where I am also holding my classes.
Over the years I have traveled the world and trained with the best combat instructors, and apart from being Instructor for self defence and fighting I also have qualifications in military combat, civilian and military knife fighting.
I have created this page because I think there is a great deal of misconceptions and myths surrounding Krav Maga and Self Defense in general and I would like to share my knowledge with you.
