Faddy and I were lucky enough to recently sit down with current Falkirk Football Club manager John McGlynn for our Boots To Billing sponsored by AGPayroll podcast. John was my gaffer back in my Raith Rovers Football Club days and he’s the current Scottish Football Manager of the Year for the last two seasons. A guy who’s currently operating at the highest level but there’s no luck in his story, it’s all about hard graft!! 💪⚽️

Looking back on the chat, it really took me back to the qualities that John possesses. It’s easy to see why Falkirk are flying this season. ✈️
