Stayed dry and it was mild for November. Lovely park. 3 laps. Hill 3 times. Not sweet. Lovely marshals. Breakfast in town.

Bo’ness Foreshore Parkrun today. Actual freezing. Gloves on first time this year. Lovely flat run, wee loop, along the watter. Big crowd. Narrow paths. Lots of dogs 🐕 🐶

Riverside Park Glenrothes today. Early start. Hills I say. Undulating they say. Lovely run. 2 weeks loops and a straight bit. Forest. River. And a lovely park. Lassies in good form.

1 lap round the loch. Mostly flat. Path, trail and Forest. Couple of sneaky hills but not too bad. 😮‍💨
