We had the idea of doing this A to Z to jazz up the Parkruns on a Saturday. A year we thought.

No parkrun this week. Shroove beach just outside Moville, Donegal. Home for the music festival. Saw the water. Had to. Coldish but fabulous. Like medicine x

Doon the water to
Mount Stuart Parkrun today.
Tractor run on-ferry full of them. 🚜 🚜 Dreich and Drookit. Great run.
Mixed terrain along the firth of Clyde, through trees and path. Marshals were grand. We both fair enjoyed it so we did 💚

Jersey Parkrun today. Channel Islands.
100 for me.
Easy to find. Follow John the marshal off the bus and he’ll direct you. Lovely run on mostly tarmac path with some trail and grass. Volunteers were fab. Hills were toaty. Busy wee parkrun. Breakfast in “Off the rails” 3 mins away. Swim after in St Brelade’s Bay in
English Channel.

Inch Beach parkrun in Di**le, County Kerry. It was flat and it was wet and it was great. Beautiful and great. Marshals were soaked and smiling. Crowd was very friendly. Mixed bunch of tourists and locals. We missed the summer it was yesterday 😎🌞

Lady Mary’s walk Parkrun on Saturday.
Crieff was lovely. Beautiful route. Parkrun info says flat. Flat my arse. Track and trail along the river and all the chat with Mr Venezuela.
We’re travelling across the water next week. Non stop so it is x

On my ownie-o today at Feldy Roo Fitness Trail parkrun. Beautiful morning and lovely scenery all around. Fab breakie roll too 👍

2k uphill start not for the faint of heart. Beautiful park and views over the Forth. Marshals were brave and cafe in the park was fab ❤️

Hay Lodge Parkrun in Peebles today.
Stayed dry and it was mild for November. Lovely park. 3 laps. Hill 3 times. Not sweet. Lovely marshals. Breakfast in town.

Bo’ness Foreshore Parkrun today. Actual freezing. Gloves on first time this year. Lovely flat run, wee loop, along the watter. Big crowd. Narrow paths. Lots of dogs 🐕 🐶
