An update has been posted on TRM regarding Tara’s next steps and the races she is aiming for. This was a photo of her on the water treadmill as she has some swelling on her hock, which has now thankfully completely gone!

The members who came to our last yard visit seen how the water treadmill worked and how useful it was for racehorses. Lucinda has praised it for Tara’s small injury and it has helped her get back on track!

She wrote: “I think this case really highlights how effective and useful the water treadmill is. Chilled salt water at different heights acts to reduce swelling thus easing pain and making joint movement easier. It has been vital in this case. Lots of races coming up!”
