✨ Rest week incoming! ✨

Another 6 week block of classes is completed! I am really proud of this bunch as they turned up each week, also in the heat of the sunshine, to get their Pilates session for the week done!

This block we focused on particular exercises and progressed them throughout the weeks with the use of a circuit based format! This really challenges you and get get mega sweatyyyy! πŸ˜…

The next block will begin Tuesday 9th August 6-7pm.
Mixed ability class- everyone welcome

This mornings Pilates class to waken up the body!

I love teaching first thing in the morning as I feel it is a great start to my day!

This mornings class would have been a great warm up/activation for anyone who plans to go out on a morning walk/run/cycle πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ πŸšΆπŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

Pelvic Stability : what does this mean?

Pelvic stability is the about the ability of coordinated activity between the lower trunk and hip muscles during functional balance and mobility tasks. During these movements the pelvis provides dynamic stability to ensure successful and efficient mobility of the lower limbs.

Pilates can be used as a form of exercise to improve flexibility, enhance and control mobility of your trunk and pelvic segments. It can also help prevent musculoskeletal injuries!

My classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Each exercise can be adapted to your needs. I love using equipment to add variations to each exercise to add further challenges!

This video demonstrates ways in which you can adapt some exercises with the soft ball to challenge pelvic stability and abdominal strength.

Everyone in the class last night enjoyed the variations and a few shakes here and there!!

I feel so blessed to have the most lovely group of people who form my pilates community πŸ₯°

I have been lucky enough to be given the space on the Future Fitness] timetable to run my classes within this amazing studio ⬆️❀️

One block nearly completed within the studio and I am loving it! I love challenging everyone and watching you all improve with each class!

This year for me is all about growth! Not just of my business but of myself as an instructor. I will continue to push and develop myself and my classes to ensure constant improvements for you all 😊

sundays spent well at for a great mobility session with Dynamique Fitness]

I love a mobility session!
They can be tough, and my body can be burning at the time, but afterwards I always feel great! I find these sessions so important to help my progress within the gym.
